How do I identify my ARO pump model?
Check the nameplate for the full model number. It starts with the series and size code, such as PD20A or 66625X, followed by option codes for the seat, ball and diaphragm materials. A clear nameplate photo is the quickest way to the right parts.
Which parts do you list for ARO diaphragm pumps?
Fluid section and air section service kits, diaphragms (including backup diaphragms for PTFE builds), balls and seats are listed with ARO part numbers from the operator’s manuals. Start with our EXP Series parts or choose your series above.
My ARO pump is pushing product out of the air exhaust. What should I check?
Product in the exhaust usually points to a ruptured diaphragm or loose diaphragm hardware. The fluid section service kit includes new diaphragms, so fit it and tighten the diaphragm hardware to the manual torque. Tell us your model and we will quote the right kit.
Do you supply parts for Pro Series and Compact pumps?
Yes. Parts are listed for Pro Series 666 metallic and non-metallic pumps in our Pro Series parts, and for 3/8" to 3/4" Compact pumps, including the 1/2" Classic, in our Compact Series parts.
