| Wear & Consumable Parts | ||
| Cable Gland (part no. 834) | Seals the power cable entry into the motor. On KSB’s 5-year spares list; renew when the cable is changed or if moisture has reached the connection area. | |
| Suction Cover (part no. 162) | The suction-side cover at the impeller inlet. Replace if worn by abrasive solids or if the clearance to the impeller has opened up. | |
| Set of Sealing Elements (part no. 99-9) | The set of sealing elements listed in the exploded-view parts list. Renew when the pump is dismantled. | |
| Profile Seal (part no. 410) | The profile seal from the exploded-view parts list. Fit new whenever the joint it seals is opened. | |
| Mating Ring Carrier (part no. 476) | Holds the stationary mating ring of the mechanical seal. Replace if damaged or corroded when the seals are renewed. | |
| Other Core Parts | ||
| Rotor (part no. 818) | The motor rotor on the extended shaft that carries the impeller. Replace if the shaft is damaged at the seal or bearing seats or the rotor has rubbed. | |
| Stator (part no. 81-59) | The motor stator and winding. The manual calls for new original KSB parts if the motor winding is defective. | |
| Power Cable (part no. 824) | The power cable to the motor (4G1.5 + 2×1 or 7G1.5 wiring per the manual). Replace if it is cut, crushed or the sheath is damaged. | |
| Discharge Cover (part no. 163) | Closes the back of the hydraulic casing and carries the shaft passage. Replace if worn by solids or damaged at the seal seat (white cast iron on GH builds). | |
| Casing (part no. 100) | The pump casing with the discharge connection. Replace if eroded, cracked or worn through. | |
| Bearing Bracket (part no. 330) | Supports the pump-end bearings between the motor and the hydraulic system. Replace if the bearing seats are worn or the bracket is damaged. | |
How we confirm the exact part: KSB Amarex parts depend on the size, impeller type (F-max or D-max), motor rating and poles, motor version and material variant fitted to your pump. The part numbers shown are KSB part numbers from the operating manual’s parts lists; your nameplate carries the type designation (e.g. ARX D 100-230/065F4US) and the KSB order number, which together pin down the build. Tick the items above and add a nameplate photo, and we’ll confirm the correct parts for your exact pump.
Models
Parts are available across the Amarex size range; the size after the impeller code on your nameplate (e.g. ARX D 100-230) is the discharge nozzle DN and hydraulic system size. The sizes below are those listed in KSB’s Amarex operating manual.

From the variant table in KSB’s Amarex operating manual (DN 50–150, 50/60 Hz; 2-pole motors 014–084, 4-pole motors 012–077). G1 (duplex stainless impeller) is offered with F-max impellers only. Motor rating, poles and version (U or Y) are in the type designation on your nameplate.
Troubleshooting
Pump runs but does not deliver
Likely cause: pump or piping not completely vented, or the pump intake clogged by deposits. Action: vent by lifting the pump off the duckfoot bend and lowering it again, and clean the intake, pump components and lift check valve.
Flow or head too low
Likely cause: inlet line or impeller clogged, wear of internal parts, or a part-closed gate valve. Action: remove deposits from the pump and piping, fully open the gate valve, and renew worn parts such as the impeller (part no. 230).
Excessive current or power input
Likely cause: dirt or fibres in the clearance between casing wall and impeller, or the pump running at part load or overload. Action: check whether the impeller can be easily rotated and clean it if required; check the pump’s operating data.
Vibration and noise in operation
Likely cause: wrong direction of rotation, air or gas in the fluid, or a defective rolling element bearing. Action: check the motor connection and control system; have the bearings checked and renew the bearings set (part no. 300) if needed.
Pump tripped by the leakage monitor
Likely cause: leakage into the motor or seal area has been detected by the leakage monitor. Action: have the cause found and fixed by qualified personnel; check the mechanical seals (part no. 433.01/.02) and O-rings.
Motor will not run
Likely cause: lack of voltage, a defective motor winding or power cable, or the winding temperature switch has tripped. Action: check the electrical installation and cables; the motor restarts once cooled (version US), and a defective winding or cable is renewed with original KSB parts.
