Mono SRX CP25 Solar Pumps
Spare Parts for Mono SRX CP25 High Pressure Solar Surface Pumps
Product Summary
Genuine OEM spare parts for the Mono SRX CP25 Solar high pressure model (P/N SUN 700CP25H), the surface-mounted solar progressive cavity pump that pairs a Mono CP25 pump end with a 180 V DC brushless motor for stock water, irrigation and tank transfer off the grid. The stator, rotor, mechanical seal kit, drive coupling parts and every other coded item in the SRX CP25 parts list are below, so tick what you need and we’ll match them to your nameplate.
Spare Parts List
✓ Tick the parts you need. SRX CP25 parts are matched to the pump P/N (SUN 700CP25H) and serial number on the nameplate, so those details are all we need to get them right. Not sure which items? Add a photo of the nameplate and we’ll work it out for you.
| Select | Wear / Service Item | Function & when to replace |
|---|---|---|
| Common Service Kits | ||
| Pump Stator (item 5) | The rubber-lined stator the rotor turns inside to form the sealed cavities that move water. Replace it when flow or pressure drops off at full sun, or after any dry running, and fit a new rotor at the same time if it is worn. | |
| Pump Rotor (item 4) | The steel helical rotor that turns inside the stator. Replace it if the surface is scored, pitted or worn, and renew the stator with it so the two run together as a matched pair. | |
| Mechanical Seal Kit (item 3) | Seals the drive shaft where it enters the pump body. Renew it whenever the pump end is opened for a stator and rotor change, or as soon as water weeps at the drive end. | |
| Wear & Consumable Parts | ||
| Expansion Ring (item 7) | The expansion ring listed for the SRX CP25 pump end. Fit a new one whenever the drive end is dismantled; we confirm this code against your nameplate at quote. | |
| Taper Plug 1/4" BSPT (item 9) | The 1/4" BSPT taper plug in the pump body used to fill the pump end before first start. Replace a plug with damaged threads or one that weeps. | |
| Electrical Plug | The motor power plug listed for the SRX. Replace one that is cracked, loose or letting moisture in. | |
| Other Core Parts | ||
| Motor Surface BLDC (item 1) | The 700 W 180 V DC brushless motor that drives the SRX CP25 at variable speed from the solar array. Supplied as a complete motor; send the nameplate details so the right motor is matched. | |
| Pump Body (item 2) | The cast body that houses the seal and drive end and carries the inlet. Replace it if cracked, frost-damaged or corroded through. | |
| End Cover (item 8) | Closes the drive end of the pump body. Replace it if cracked or if the sealing face is damaged. | |
| Stainless Fastener Set | The stainless studs, bolts, nuts and washers listed for the SRX CP25. Order a full set when the pump end is rebuilt or if fixings are corroded or stripped. | |
How we confirm the exact part: Item numbers and codes on this page are as printed in the Mono solar parts list for the SRX CP25 (SUN 700CP25H). The pump nameplate gives the part number and serial number; add a photo of it with your ticked items and we’ll confirm the right parts for your pump.
Models
The SRX CP25 Solar is Mono P/N SUN 700CP25H. The SRX range covers three models, each with its own page: the CP25 (high pressure), CP800 and CP1600. Mono also lists an AC 240 V option for SRX systems.

Duty figures (maximum head and maximum flow) are from the Mono SRX brochure ART241; part codes are from Mono parts list MPA582/2. SRX systems use solar arrays from 175 W to 1400 W, run maintenance free and include in-built pressure control. Actual flow depends on the head and on the solar power available at the time.
Troubleshooting
SRX CP25 will not prime or delivers nothing at start-up
Likely cause: the pump end was started empty, there is an air leak on the suction line, the inlet is not submerged, or the stator and rotor are worn. Action: fill the pump end through the 1/4" plug (OO CP00 0430) before starting, check every suction joint for air leaks and keep the inlet submerged. A progressive cavity stator is damaged by dry running, so replace the stator (RR CP25 2210) and rotor (SF CP25 2520) if they are worn.
Flow is lower than expected
Likely cause: an air leak on the suction side, a total head above the pump’s rating, a blocked inlet or strainer, or simply low solar input – the SRX is variable speed, so output follows the available array power. Action: check the suction connections and inlet strainer, confirm the system head is within the duty on the nameplate, and compare flow in full sun before assuming a fault.
Pump will not reach rated pressure
Likely cause: worn stator, worn rotor, or both. Action: replace the stator (RR CP25 2210) and rotor (SF CP25 2520); fit them as a pair so the interference fit is restored.
Water leaking at the pump body near the drive
Likely cause: a worn mechanical seal. Action: replace the mechanical seal kit listed above and check the drive coupling parts while the pump end is apart.
