Genuine and compatible spare parts for the Mono Widethroat (W Range) progressing cavity pump — built for the media conventional pumps choke on: dewatered sludge cake, thick pastes and slurries up to 1,000,000 cP. An enlarged rectangular throat with a screw conveyor (plus optional large-diameter auger and bridge breaker) drives low-flowability product into the pumping element. The W range spans several frame sizes and both single and two-stage builds. Rather than list every code, here is the envelope — your exact W-series model is on the nameplate, and the parts above fit across the range.

Troubleshooting

Pump will not run

Likely cause: overload tripped, no power, a seized pumping element, or product jammed in the throat. Action: reset the overload and check the supply; turn the pump by hand to free it; clear the inlet and confirm the feed screw is free.

Reduced or no output

Likely cause: worn stator and rotor, or thick product bridging over the wide throat. Action: replace the stator and rotor as a matched set; make sure the auger / bridge breaker is fitted and undamaged; check for a blocked suction or delivery line.

Product will not feed into the pump

Likely cause (Widethroat-specific): non-flowing cake or paste bridging above the inlet, or a worn feed screw. Action: confirm the screw conveyor / auger and bridge breaker are fitted and in good order; replace a worn or bent feed screw.

Pump runs but will not prime or pump

Likely cause: worn stator / rotor, an air leak on the suction side, or incorrect direction of rotation. Action: confirm rotation (see below), check the suction joints, and inspect the stator, rotor and coupling rod.

Noisy or vibrating

Likely cause: starved suction (viscous product not filling the cavities) or worn coupling-rod joints. Action: slow the pump and improve the inlet feed; inspect and replace the coupling-rod joints and boots.

Leakage at the seal or gland

Likely cause: worn mechanical seal or gland packing, or a grooved shaft sleeve. Action: re-pack or adjust the gland, or replace the mechanical seal and the shaft sleeve.

Rapid stator / rotor wear

Likely cause: dry running, over-pressure, or abrasive solids. Action: never run the pump dry; keep the duty within 48 bar and clear any blocked delivery line.

Direction of rotation (important)

Likely cause: supply phased for the wrong rotation. Action: confirm correct rotation before start-up — running a progressing-cavity pump in reverse can unscrew the rotor and coupling rod and cause damage.
