How we confirm the exact part: Mouvex spares are ordered by their reference number against the pump build shown on the nameplate (model, serial number and options code). References on this page are as printed in the current Mouvex parts list. Send the nameplate details or a photo, and tell us the liquid pumped, and we’ll confirm the right genuine parts before we quote.
Service Intervals & When to Replace
- Piston and cylinder: wear parts; replace them when the thickness measurements fall below the values in the Micro C IOM.
- Bellows: keep the vent open to atmosphere; a closed vent shortens bellows life, and a leak at the vent signals bellows failure.
- Cleaning: during CIP/SIP the inlet pressure must stay under 2 barg so the piston lifts and cleaning liquid passes through.
- Storage: turn the pump by hand a few revolutions every two months when it is out of service.
Models
This page covers the Mouvex Micro C. The model, serial number and build options code are on the pump nameplate; Mouvex matches spares to that build.

Troubleshooting
No flow or low flow
Likely cause: Port plugs left in, wrong rotation or speed too low; a bypass set below the discharge pressure or not closing; or internal wear. Action: Check the drive, rotation and speed, then measure discharge pressure. If it is low, reset or clean the bypass; if the pump is worn, replace the piston and cylinder (as a matched pair).
High vacuum at the inlet, pump noisy
Likely cause: Suction lift or suction losses too high, a blocked inlet (valve, strainer, blank seal) or product vapour pressure too high for the temperature. Action: Lower the pump or shorten and enlarge the suction line, clear the strainer and valves, and cool the product or bring the pump closer to the tank.
Low vacuum and poor priming
Likely cause: Air leaking in at the front cover seals or flanges, the bypass not seating, or internal wear. Action: Isolate the pump from the suction line and re-measure the vacuum. Replace the seal set, clean the bypass seat, or replace the piston and cylinder (as a matched pair) if the pump itself will not pull vacuum.
Bearings running hot
Likely cause: Pipework pulling on the pump flanges, poor pump-to-drive alignment, a twisted baseplate or excessive belt or chain tension. Action: Support the pipework so it does not load the pump, re-check coupling alignment at each installation stage, and make sure the baseplate sits on its mounting points.
Motor overloads or trips
Likely cause: Viscosity, specific gravity or head losses higher than the pump was selected for, speed too high, misalignment or a motor wiring fault. Action: Check the actual discharge pressure against the duty, reduce speed or heat the product, and check alignment and motor connections. Do not use the bypass as a flow control.

Mouvex Micro C spare parts: frequently asked questions
Tap a question to see the answer.
What spare parts are listed for the Mouvex Micro C?
The page lists maintenance kits and seal sets first, then wear parts, then the main parts, each with the Mouvex reference printed in PL 1001-P01. Material versions such as FKM, FEP-FKM or CVT seals have their own references.
How do I order the right Mouvex parts?
Mouvex matches spares to the pump build. Tick the parts you need, choose your model in the quote form, and add a nameplate photo showing the model, serial number and options code, plus the liquid pumped. We confirm the exact genuine parts before quoting.
Which Micro C size do I have, and what are its limits?
The size is on the nameplate: Micro C 125, 250, 500 or 800. Mouvex rates them at 15, 10, 5 and 3 bar differential respectively, all at up to 1000 rpm. The piston and cylinder are size-specific, so the size matters when ordering.
Do you supply parts for other Mouvex pumps?
Yes. We list parts for Mouvex A, C, Micro C, SLC, SLS and FLO eccentric disc pumps and P Series sliding vane pumps. See our Mouvex eccentric disc pumps or all Mouvex spare parts by series. Not sure which model you have? Send a nameplate photo.
