NETZSCH NEMO C.Pro Pumps
Spare Parts for NEMO C.Pro Progressive Cavity Dosing Pumps
Product Summary
Genuine and compatible spare parts for the NETZSCH NEMO C.Pro, the compact fully synthetic progressive cavity dosing pump used across Australia for chemical dosing in water and wastewater treatment, polymer and flocculant make-up, and process chemicals from 0.5 to 1,500 l/h. Built from only six main parts with a directly flanged drive, it is simple to service, so tick what you need and we’ll match the exact parts to your nameplate, such as NM CY 10/500.
Spare Parts List
✓ Tick the parts you need. C.Pro wear parts are matched to the pump type, rotor/stator geometry and stator elastomer, so the type code on your nameplate is all we need to get them right. Not sure which items? Add a photo of the nameplate and we’ll work it out for you.
| Select | Wear / Service Item | Function & when to replace |
|---|---|---|
| Common Service Kits | ||
| Stator | The elastomer pumping element and the main wear part. Replace when dosing rate falls off at a set speed, after any dry run, or if the elastomer has swollen from the chemical. | |
| Rotor | The helical rotor that meters the product. Replace if worn, scored or chemically attacked; fit with a new stator to restore dosing accuracy. | |
| Shaft Seal | The seal between the drive and the pumping chamber. Replace at the first sign of chemical leaking at the drive end. | |
| Gasket & O-ring Set | The O-rings and seals between the synthetic housings and the stator, in an elastomer that suits the chemical. Renew whenever the pump is opened. | |
| Other Core Parts | ||
| Coupling Rod / Drive Connection | Transmits drive to the eccentric rotor. Replace if worn, cracked or chemically attacked. | |
| Suction Housing | The plastic inlet housing. Replace if cracked, crazed by the chemical or damaged at the connection. | |
| Pressure Branch | The plastic discharge housing that clamps the stator. Replace if cracked or damaged at the connection. | |
| Drive Motor / Gearmotor | The directly flanged drive. Matched to your kW, speed and flange, including variable speed drives for dosing control. | |
| Complete Replacement Pump | When a rebuild doesn’t stack up, we quote a like-for-like NEMO C.Pro from the type code on your nameplate. | |
How we confirm the exact part: C.Pro parts depend on the pump type (pressure rating and capacity, e.g. NM CY 10/500), the rotor/stator geometry, the stator elastomer and the seal materials chosen for your chemical. Your nameplate carries the type code and serial number. Tick the items above, add a nameplate photo and tell us the chemical you dose, and we’ll confirm the correct parts for your exact pump.
Models
Spare parts are available for each NEMO C.Pro type NETZSCH publishes; the type code shows the maximum pressure in bar and the capacity in l/h (e.g. NM CY 10/500 = 10 bar, 500 l/h).
Models & Key Specifications
| Type | Max. pressure | Max. capacity (m³/h) | Speed (rpm) |
|---|---|---|---|
| NM CY 20/50 | 20 bar | 0.05 (50 l/h) | 1,000 |
| NM CY 15/150 | 15 bar | 0.15 (150 l/h) | 1,000 |
| NM CY 10/500 | 10 bar | 0.5 (500 l/h) | 1,000 |
| NM CY 10/750 | 10 bar | 0.75 (750 l/h) | 1,000 |
| NM CY 06/1000 | 6 bar | 1.0 (1,000 l/h) | 1,000 |
| NM CY 05/1500 | 5 bar | 1.5 (1,500 l/h) | 1,000 |
All types: fully synthetic construction, dosing in proportion to speed with deviation under 1%, reversible direction of rotation, media pH 0–14 and up to 20,000 mPas. Further sizes on request.
Troubleshooting
Dosing rate drifts or falls off
Likely cause: a worn stator and rotor, air drawn in on the suction side, or a stator swollen or shrunk by the chemical. Action: check the suction line and connections for air leaks, calibrate at a set speed, and replace the stator (and rotor if worn) in an elastomer that suits the chemical.
Stator fails soon after start-up
Likely cause: dry running from an empty day tank or closed suction valve; even a short dry run destroys a dosing stator. Action: replace the stator; fit low-level or dry-run protection on the supply tank and never start the pump empty.
Stator swollen or pump hard to turn
Likely cause: chemical incompatibility between the elastomer and the product (or the cleaning or flushing medium), or a new tight stator. Action: check the elastomer against the chemical and temperature, fill the pump before start, and replace the stator in a compatible elastomer if it has swollen.
Leaking at the drive end
Likely cause: a worn or chemically attacked shaft seal, or a perished housing O-ring. Action: replace the shaft seal and O-rings in a compatible material; isolate and flush the pump first when handling aggressive chemicals.
Cracked housing or leaking connections
Likely cause: over-pressure against a closed or blocked discharge, over-tightened fittings on the plastic housings, or pipe strain. Action: fit a pressure relief or pressure switch on the discharge, support the pipework, replace the damaged housing and tighten connections to NETZSCH specification.
No flow at the injection point
Likely cause: a blocked injection quill or non-return valve, a closed valve, or a failed coupling rod. Action: check the discharge line and injection fitting, then inspect the coupling rod and rotor connection inside the pump.
