Verderflex Vantage 5000 Pumps
Spare Parts for Verderflex Vantage 5000 Peristaltic Tube Pumps
Product Summary
Genuine OEM spare parts for the Verderflex Vantage 5000 cased peristaltic tube pump, used across Australia for chlorine, ferric and polymer dosing in water treatment, reagent dosing on mine sites, and metering in food, beverage and chemical plants. The tube, rotor assembly and tube clamps are matched to the tube wall thickness and the colour-coded rotor, so tick what you need and we’ll match the parts to your pump, such as a Vantage 5000 with the LP 1.6WT (blue) rotor.
Spare Parts List
✓ Tick the parts you need. Vantage 5000 parts are matched to the rotor (tube wall thickness and colour code), the tube bore, the tube material and whether you run continuous tube or a tube element, so the model and serial number on your nameplate are all we need to get them right. Not sure which items? Add a photo of the nameplate and the rotor and we’ll work it out for you.
| Select | Wear / Service Item | Function & when to replace |
|---|---|---|
| Common Service Kits | ||
| Tube Element (ref 9) | A pre-made Verderprene tube assembly that slides into the pumphead, with Quick Release (QR) or 3/4” mini Tri-clamp (TR) ends. Change it when flow drops, the tube splits or the fluid weeps; run a new one counter-clockwise for 1 minute first. | |
| Continuous Tube (ref 8) | Loose tubing held in the head by the tube clamps. Verderprene suits general duties and silicone high-sterility work; Tygon E1000 and Viton are listed in 1 m lengths. Match the wall thickness to the rotor and change it when worn or flow falls away. | |
| Rotor Assembly (ref 4) | The roller rotor that squeezes the tube. Four versions: LP 1.6WT (blue), LP 2.4WT (green), MP 2.4WT (yellow, 4 bar) and HP 3.2WT (orange, 7 bar). Replace if rollers are worn or seized, or to change tube wall thickness. | |
| Tube Clamp (ref 5) | Locks loose continuous tubing into the pumphead at the inlet and outlet. Only needed when running continuous tube, not tube elements; replace if the clamp no longer grips or is cracked. | |
| Wear & Consumable Parts | ||
| Screen Protector (ref 1) | The clear cover over the display and keypad. Replace if it is scratched, cracked or fogged so the screen stays readable and protected. | |
| USB Cover (ref 6) | Seals the USB port on the rear panel and helps keep the IP66 rating. Replace if lost, torn or no longer sealing. | |
| Standard Feet Pack (ref 3) | The rubber feet the pump stands on. Renew if they have perished, split or gone missing, so the pump sits stable and vibration is damped. | |
| Stacking Feet Pack (ref 3.1) | Optional stacking feet for mounting the pump in landscape orientation. Order when re-orienting the pump or if the originals are damaged. | |
| Other Core Parts | ||
| Pump Door Assembly (ref 2) | The hinged clear door over the pumphead that guards the rotor and tube. Replace if cracked, broken at the hinge or no longer closing properly; never run the pump with it open. | |
| Breakout Box (ref 7) | The rear-mounted connection box for control and power wiring, offered in 24 VDC and 115 VAC versions. Replace if damaged or when changing the control supply. | |
| WiFi Module (ref 10, if fitted) | The aerial and wireless module on pumps built with WiFi. Replace if broken or not connecting; we confirm the right part from your serial number. | |
| Remote I/O Connector Lead | Optional 25-way, 5 m lead for wiring the pump to remote control and monitoring signals. Replace if the cable or connector is damaged. | |
| Footswitch | Optional footswitch for hands-free start/stop: IP44 non-latching 159.5041 or latching 159.5042, IP65 non-latching 159.5043 or latching 159.5044. Replace if the switch or cable fails. | |
How we confirm the exact part: Verderflex Vantage 5000 parts depend on the rotor fitted (tube wall thickness and colour code), the tube bore and material, the tube connector (QR or TR) and the control options. Refs and part numbers are as printed in the Verderflex Vantage 5000 spare parts list; your nameplate gives the model (Vantage 5000) and serial number, and the rotor colour (e.g. blue = LP 1.6WT) tells us which tubing suits. Tick the items above and add a photo of the nameplate and rotor, and we’ll confirm the correct parts for your pump.
Models
Every pump is a Vantage 5000; the model and serial number are on the rating label, and the build is set by the colour-coded rotor behind the pump door. Pick the rotor build below, or choose “Not sure” and send a photo.

Part numbers as printed in the Verderflex Vantage 5000 Appendix C spare parts list (v1.7, 10/2020). QR = Quick Release connector, TR = 3/4” mini Tri-clamp connector; all tube elements are Verderprene. Continuous tube is also listed in 15 m packs (part no. ending .15), and Tygon E1000 and Viton in 1 m lengths for the 1.6 mm wall (Viton also 6.4 and 8.0 mm bores in 2.4 mm wall). MP and HP rotors run tube elements only. Pump ratings: up to 400 rpm, 4000:1 control, IP66, 100–240 VAC, under 230 W, fluids up to 80°C recommended.
Troubleshooting
Short tube life or flow falling away
Likely cause: tube wall thickness not matched to the rotor, or the tube has simply worn out. Action: check the rotor colour code against the tube wall and fit the matching tube element or continuous tube.
New tube assembly leaks or performs poorly at start-up
Likely cause: the new tube element has not been run in. Action: run the pump counter-clockwise for 1 minute before putting a new tube assembly into service.
Tube element hard to remove
Likely cause: the element housing is tight in the pumphead. Action: remove the bearing strut plug and lever through the rotor groove with a flat screwdriver while turning the rotor clockwise by hand.
Continuous tube creeps or pulls through the head
Likely cause: tube clamps not locked or worn. Action: refit the tube with both clamps locked, and renew the tube clamps (ref 5) if they no longer grip.
Rotor rough or noisy after a rotor change
Likely cause: rotor not fully pressed into the rear bearing or the bearing strut loose. Action: press the rotor fully home, refit the bearing strut and tighten its screw to 1.5 Nm.
Tube swells, hardens or fails early
Likely cause: tube material not suited to the fluid or temperature. Action: check chemical resistance and temperature (80°C maximum recommended) and change to a suitable Verderprene, silicone, Tygon or Viton tube.
