Wilden Pro-Flo Shift Metal AODD Pumps
Spare Parts for Pro-Flo Shift Metal AODD Pumps
Spare Parts List
Models & Applications
The Wilden Pro-Flo® SHIFT Metal range brings the air-saving Pro-Flo SHIFT Air Distribution System to the metal AODD platform — clamped PS1–PS20 and bolted PS220/PS230 up to PS1520/PS1530 (102 mm / 4"). The SHIFT air control spool cuts air consumption by up to 60% and lifts flow up to 34% versus competitor AODD pumps, with fewer moving parts for greater reliability.
Air-saving SHIFT ADS. Clamped (PS1–PS20) and bolted (PS220–PS1530) metal, up to 102 mm (4"). Metals: aluminium, ductile/cast iron, 316 SS, Alloy C. Diaphragms, valve balls and valve seats come in a full range of materials — rubber (Buna-N, Neoprene, EPDM, FKM/Viton®, Bunalast™), TPE (Wil-Flex™/Santoprene®, Saniflex™, polyurethane) and PTFE (full- or reduced-stroke, with a back-up diaphragm). Integral Piston Diaphragms — Chem-Fuse™ (industrial) and Pure-Fuse™ (hygienic) — remove the outer piston for longer life. We match every wetted part to your fluid, temperature and duty.
Typical applications: Cost- and energy-sensitive chemical transfer, industrial process, mining and high-duty fluid transfer.

Troubleshooting Guide
Pump Will Not Start or Cycle
Likely Cause: No air supply, a closed air valve, an iced-up or stalled air-valve spool, or a blocked muffler.
Action / Part: Confirm air supply and pressure; open the air valve; thaw / clear or replace the air-valve spool and pilot; clear or replace the muffler.
Pump Cycles But No or Low Flow
Likely Cause: Worn or ruptured diaphragms, worn or stuck valve balls & seats, a closed suction valve, or an air lock.
Action / Part: Replace the diaphragms and the valve balls & seats; open the suction valve and prime; check the suction line for air leaks.
Product in the Exhaust Air / Muffler
Likely Cause: A ruptured diaphragm venting product to the air side (Wil-Gard™ detects this).
Action / Part: Replace both diaphragms and inspect the shaft; confirm the diaphragm plates / IPDs are torqued to spec.
Pump Stalls or Ices Up
Likely Cause: Moisture in the air freezing the air valve, low air pressure, or a worn centre-block / pilot spool and Glyd™ rings.
Action / Part: Fit an air dryer / filter; raise air pressure within rating; rebuild the air end (air kit) — spool, Glyd rings, gaskets.
Air Bubbles in the Discharge
Likely Cause: A loose or worn diaphragm / piston, or loose manifold bolts or clamp bands.
Action / Part: Replace / re-torque the diaphragm and pistons; re-torque manifold bolts and clamp bands; renew seals.
Short Diaphragm Life / Excessive Air Use
Likely Cause: Operating above rated pressure, chemical attack on the elastomer, or cavitation.
Action / Part: Keep air & fluid pressures within rating; confirm the diaphragm / ball / seat material suits the fluid; reduce speed and improve suction to avoid cavitation.
Leak at the Manifold or Wet End
Likely Cause: Worn O-rings / gaskets, worn valve seats, or loose fasteners / clamp bands.
Action / Part: Fit the wet repair kit (seats, O-rings, gaskets); re-torque manifold bolts / sanitary clamps to spec.
