Ebsray RB10 and R10 LPG Pumps
Spare Parts for Ebsray RB10 and R10 Regenerative Turbine LPG Pumps
Product Summary
Genuine OEM spare parts for the Ebsray RB10 and the earlier R10 regenerative turbine pumps, which draw LPG from underground or semi-buried tanks for driveway dispensing, bulk filling, cylinder filling and forklift refuelling. Seals, impellers, bearings and O-rings are listed for each model by the Cat # in its Ebsray IOM.
Spare Parts List
✓ Tick the parts you need. Items are listed by the Cat # printed in each Ebsray IOM parts list, so pick the section for your pump type. Ebsray matches spares to the pump serial number on the nameplate, so add a nameplate photo and we’ll confirm the exact parts.

How we confirm the exact part: Ebsray parts are ordered by name, Cat # and quantity against the pump serial number on the nameplate, as each IOM instructs, because materials, seals and options vary by build. Cat numbers on this page are as printed in the current Ebsray installation, operation and maintenance instructions (IOMs). Send the serial number or a nameplate photo and we’ll confirm the right genuine parts before we quote.
Service Intervals & When to Replace
- Periodic inspection (RB10): Maximum interval of three months or 500 hours – check for LPG leaks, vibration, noise, overheating, coupling wear, differential pressure and motor current, and record it in the Pump Run Log. No in-service lubrication is required.
- Carbon sleeve bearings (RB10): Running clearance should not exceed 0.15 mm for the cover bearing and 0.25 mm for the first stage impeller housing bearing. Check shaft run-out if the journals are worn.
- Impellers: The RB10 second stage impeller and the R10 impeller have a minimum width of 8.86 mm and minimum diameter of 129.86 mm. Replace if the blades are broken or wear is excessive.
- Bearings and seal: RB10 ball bearing replacement is recommended at 10,000 operational hours, and both models should have new ball bearings at major overhauls. Check the mechanical seal faces and replace as required.
- O-rings and gaskets: Replace O-rings at every overhaul (and flange gaskets on the RB10). Never let carbon seal faces get marked or chipped during handling.
Models
This page covers Ebsray RB10 and R10 pumps. The model, type and serial number are on the pump nameplate; Ebsray matches spares to the serial number.
Models & Key Specifications
| Model | Type | Max flow | Max differential | Parts list |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| RB10 | Regenerative turbine | 140 L/min (50 Hz) | 11 bar | IOM 1069-10 |
| R10 | Regenerative turbine (legacy) | – | – | IOM 1046-02 |
RB10 figures from Ebsray’s RB10 product data. The R10 is a legacy model; parts are listed from its IOM and confirmed on serial number. LPG pump parts must be fitted by a licensed gas fitter or a qualified technician.
Troubleshooting
Pump running but not building differential pressure
Likely cause: The pump has not primed because of low tank level, a closed inlet valve, sun heating the pump and inlet piping, or vapour unable to clear through a restricted bypass return line. Action: Fill the tank, open the inlet valve, shade the pump or paint it and the piping white, and keep the return to tank unrestricted (no back-check valve in that line).
Discharge pressure too low or slow fill
Likely cause: The bypass is set too low or jammed open, there is inlet restriction, vapour pressure is low (high butane or a cold tank), or the pump has normal wear. Action: Increase the bypass setting without exceeding motor FLA, free the bypass valve, open or repair the inlet valves, and service or replace the pump if worn.
Motor overheating or using excessive power
Likely cause: The bypass is set too high, the discharge is restricted or closed, the power supply is faulty, debris is jamming the pump, or the impellers are damaged. Action: Lower the bypass setting, open the discharge, check the supply, remove debris from the pump, tank and inlet pipe, and replace damaged impellers.
Leakage from casing or seal
Likely cause: Damaged casing O-rings, or a worn, cracked or incorrectly set mechanical seal – shown by liquid at the telltale hole at six o’clock under the body. Action: Check the O-rings and the axial movement of the rotating face, reset the 0.5 mm gap between seal sleeve and rotary face, or replace the seal.

Ebsray RB10 and R10 spare parts: frequently asked questions
Tap a question to see the answer.
What spare parts are listed for Ebsray RB10 and R10 pumps?
Each section follows the parts designation list in the Ebsray IOM for that model or pump type (RB10 and R10), with the Cat # as printed. Seals come first, then the main wearing parts, bearings, O-rings and gaskets, valve parts and the main castings.
How do I order the right parts for my Ebsray pump?
Ebsray matches spares to the serial number on the pump nameplate, together with the part name, Cat # and quantity. Tick the parts you need, pick your model in the quote form and add a nameplate photo, and we will confirm the exact genuine parts before quoting.
Pump running but not building differential pressure: what should I check?
Fill the tank, open the inlet valve, shade the pump or paint it and the piping white, and keep the return to tank unrestricted (no back-check valve in that line). The troubleshooting table on this page lists the other likely causes.
Do you supply parts for other Ebsray pumps?
Yes. We list parts for Ebsray LPG regenerative turbine, rotary vane and internal gear pumps. See our Ebsray LPG turbine pumps or all Ebsray spare parts by series. Not sure which series you have? Send a nameplate photo and we’ll identify it.
