Which Ebsray pumps do you supply spare parts for?
We list parts for Ebsray RC, RX, HiFlow and RB10 LPG regenerative turbine pumps, V15 to V40, V2000, V3000 and V6000 rotary vane pumps, and MD and HD internal gear pumps. Each series above links to pages with parts lists taken from Ebsray’s IOMs.
How do I identify my Ebsray pump?
Check the nameplate on the pump. It shows the model, such as RC25, V20 or MD112, the type where relevant and the serial number. Ebsray matches spare parts to the serial number, so a clear nameplate photo is the quickest way to the right parts.
Why do your Ebsray pages list Cat numbers?
Ebsray’s installation, operation and maintenance instructions identify each part by a Cat # in the parts designation list. Ebsray asks for the part name, Cat # and quantity plus the pump serial number when spares are ordered, so we list parts the same way.
My Ebsray vane pump has lost output. What should I check?
Ebsray’s IOMs list low pump speed, cavitation, obstructed pipes, air leaks, a bypass setting that is too low, or worn pump parts such as vanes and the liner. See our rotary vane pump parts and tell us what you are seeing.
Can you supply parts for Ebsray RX submersible pumps?
Yes. We supply RX service exchange pumpsets, controllers, differential pressure switches, PPV valve kits and RV18 bypass valves listed in the RX IOMs. Internal RX overhauls are restricted to Ebsray-certified overhaulers, so we quote these from your serial number.
