Product Summary
The Gorman-Rupp T6A3S-B is a 6-inch Super T Series® self-priming centrifugal pump engineered for sewage and industrial wastewater applications. Featuring a heavy-duty cast iron volute and a ductile iron impeller, it is capable of passing 3-inch (76.2 mm) spherical solids. Its industry-leading "removable rotating assembly" allows for quick inspection and maintenance without disturbing the piping.
- Removable Rotating Assembly: The entire rotating unit can be removed for service by loosening four bolts, minimizing downtime.
- Cartridge Mechanical Seal: Features a double-floating, self-aligning oil-lubricated mechanical seal with Silicon Carbide faces for extreme durability.
- Shimless Coverplate: External adjustment screw allows for easy setting of the clearance between the impeller and wear plate to maintain peak efficiency.
- Solids Handling: Two-vane, semi-open impeller design handles spherical solids up to 3" (76.2 mm) in diameter.
- Removable Flap Valve: Built-in check valve with a quick-release cover allows for easy clearing of clogs and access to the suction pipe.
